Request Account Deletion
Permanently remove your Book with Khushi account and all associated data.
What happens when you delete your account?
Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. When you choose to delete your account, we will remove your personal data from our systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This includes:
- Profile Data: Your name, email address, username, phone number, and profile picture will be permanently deleted.
- Wishlists & Favorites: Your saved event spaces, packages, and favorites will be permanently removed.
- Booking & Transaction History: Your booking records and transaction history will be dissociated from your identity and anonymized, except for records we are legally required to retain for accounting and tax purposes.
- App Access: You will immediately lose access to the "Book with Khushi" mobile application and your web dashboard.
How to request account deletion?
Since account deletion is a sensitive operation, we perform it securely via email request to verify your identity and protect your account from unauthorized deletion. Please follow these simple steps:
- Send an email from your registered email address to: support@bookwithkhushi.com
- Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - [Your Username]"
- In the email body, please provide your:
- Registered Full Name
- Registered Mobile Number
Once we receive your request, our support team will verify your details and process your request. Your account and all eligible personal data will be completely deleted within 48 to 72 business hours. You will receive a confirmation email once the process is complete.
